"compressed air quality like you need it", easy with NEQXUS solutions!
The task,
illustrated by the example of a medium-sized compressed air compressor with a volume flow of 10 m³/min (illustration below).
During an 8-hour working day, the compressor pumps around 60 liters of contaminated water (condensate) into the compressed air network!
Condensate consists of compressed humidity of the sucked ambient air, oil and abrasion mainly from the compression process but also from the ambient air.
Of the 60 liters of condensate, around 40 liters precipitate in the aftercooler/cyclone (at 7 bar operating overpressure and +30 °C outlet temperature).
With further cooling of the compressed air, the remaining 20 liters occur at any point of the compressed air network on a daily basis, causing severe damage to the wider compressed air network, the compressed air consumers and not infrequently your product itself.
The solution,
The water must come out, for this there is NEQXUS Compressed Air Dryer.
The oil and the particles must come out, for this there are NEQXUS Compressed Air Filters.
The condensate produced, in our example 60 liters per day, should be treated with a NEQXUS Oil-Water Separator in order to discharge it into the sewer system in compliance with the law and then free of charge.
An efficient, energetically very well designed compressed air station, which corresponds exactly to your needs, saves cash.
The realization.
NEQXUS works with strong compressed air specialist partners throughout Europe.
No customer, no need is the same. Often it comes down to details and that's where practice and in-depth knowledge are needed.
A non-binding and individual consultation, also directly on site, information about state subsidies for new energy-efficient systems, information about economic combination possibilities in existing systems, installation, expert maintenance and spare parts service, also for existing systems, are a matter of course ...NEQXUS partner company "on site
